Shipping policy

In general, Drinklings will produce and ship products within 3-5 business days of the date of order. In certain circumstances (i.e. holidays, stock-outs, etc.) this may take longer, though we will attempt to contact you with the email associated with the order if this is the case. Due to the nature of Drinklings products, each order is made to-order and by hand. 

Drinklings will ship in the most cost effective manner possible in accordance with the shipping preference of the customer when shipping is paid for. FREE SHIPPING orders will be shipped in the most cost effective manner for the company. 

Drinklings is not responsible for broken, damaged, lost, or stolen packages. In the case that a package falls into any of these categories, please notify us ASAP so we can file a claim and determine a workable solution. All inquiries may be sent to randy@drinklings.coffee
